A representative reviews your note, confirms the rooms involved and suggests a survey window. We do not send a crew until the scope is agreed. Bring photos of the existing kitchen, bathroom or damaged fabric if you have them — they help us arrive with the right questions rather than a generic checklist.

During the appointment we measure, photograph and talk through how you use the space at breakfast, after work and at weekends. You then receive an itemised proposal covering labour, fixtures, finishes and a realistic programme. Nothing is charged for extra work unless you approve it in writing.
